This is a two and half day course covering the following key areas:
- Nail health and diseases
- Nail anatomy
- Contraindications
- Manicure techniques
- Gel polish application and removal
- Step-by-step guide on builder gel application, gel extensions, removal, and infills
- Step-by-step explanation of e file bits, Electric file prep, infill, debulk
After you've booked the course, a digital manual will be sent to familiarise yourself with the course material before attending.
There will be a digital assessment to complete after the training, which you will be given access to.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and exclusive discount codes for numerous products, including 10% off ABT insurance.
Certificates are sent via Royal Mail once all case studies and feedback is given.
The course is fully insurable, which means you can go away and perform this treatment on clients.

Will I be fully qualified?
Yes, this course is accredited by ABT (Association of Beauty Therapies) and you will be able to gain professional insurance through ABT insurance upon completion.
Will I need to bring anything with me?
We require you to bring a model to work on with no old product on their nails. We recommend avoiding nail biters as this can complicate your learning if your model has severely bitten nails.
What's involved?
This a two-course, two days back to back, 10 am to 4 pm. Once the course is purchased, you will receive a digital copy of the manual and a theory test. Please complete the text and email it back to mark before your course start date.
You will be taken through theory work, including anatomy and physiology of the nail and hand, nail diseases and disorders, health and safety and legislation. The practical work includes full nail preparation, gel polish application and removal, builder gel application, apex, French polish application, builder gel extensions and safe removal
Can I fail?
No, we will support you fully until you qualify, even if additional support is needed.

Will I be able to buy professional products?
You can purchase course kits from the website, and they will be at the studio ready for your arrival on the day of your course. Once qualified, you will also be able to purchase products from all professional brands by providing them with a picture of your certificate once you receive it.
Can the course be refunded?
No, your course can't be refunded; however, you can move the course date by contacting Niche directly as long as you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.
How many learners will be joining me on the day?
You get the most out of your learning experience if we keep our teaching groups small. We will have no more than two learners on each course as this allows a relaxed and interactive learning environment so you get the most out of your course.
